We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Destinations

EcoHaven currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to expand in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@eco-haven.site with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
