We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@eco-haven.site with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: razor blades, sponges, and food storage products. If your item arrived defective, we'll make it right regardless.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
